Limits
We try to offer the fairest possible plan for our users without any unreasonable limits. However within reason, we are required to limit overall usage on our plans to meet fair access policies.
The Grandfathered Unlimited plan by AT&T is limited to 1TB of usage per month. Any excess of 1TB will result in termination of your service for abuse. This limit is enforced Weekly in the amount of 250GB per week. If your account is flagged for abuse there is no undo, or reactivation. You will be invited to switch to one of our other non capped plans.
Our truly unlimited plan does offer truly unlimited data, however after certain usage speeds may be slowed to 480p video quality. This is to conform with AT&T rules on heavy usage. In extremely rare cases where excessive usage continues your services may be temporarily suspended until the next billing cycle. With all providers there is a limit, The only difference with the truly unlimited plan vs the 1TB plan is that it can be reactivated at a later date, and you will not loose your account permanently for heavy usage.
